| We deliver to UK mainland addresses only. |
| If you would like delivery to non-UK mainland addresses, |
| please contact us prior to ordering so we can confirm a delivery price. |
| Our products are delivered by royal mail to a UK mainland address of your choice. |

| We ensure that you receive your goods as quickly as possible and at a reasonable cost. |

| A responsible person must be available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the goods. |
| Goods will not be left at the delivery address unless signed for. |
| We cannot give an exact day or time of arrival under this delivery schedule. |
| If this is going to present a problem why not specify your work or a business address as the delivery address. |
| Please note; Saturday, Sunday and national bank holidays are not working days. |

| In the unlikely event that your delivery is damaged, you must refuse the delivery. |

| event we are unable to obtain an order in a timescale acceptable to our customers, |
